WE ARRANGE WEDDINGS:

You are required to be on the island for no less than three days before your wedding. We can provide catering, floral, professional filming, DVD and a licenced minister.

LAVISH BBQ DINNER:

A lavish BBQ buffet dinner is held between mid December and mid April each year, with live music from a Traditional Tambrin Band *.

MENU: Fish, Lamb, Pork, Chicken, liver. Free Rum and    Rumpunch. Vegetarians are catered for.

* SNEAK HISTORY OF THE TAMBRIN BAND. It emerged from African history and is older than the Steel band. It was called Bongo Drum and originally used by the slaves in secrecy, because the slave masters would distroy it, thinking it was black magic. Then a smaller version, now called the Tambrin, emerged. This was easier to hide. The music then merged nicely with the Real and Jig (Irish influence) and Pique and Bele (French influence).

BREAKFAST:

Continental, local, pancakes, coffee, cappuccino, espresso, tea.

LUNCH:
Burgers, grilled fish, chicken, pork, lamb with fries, salads.
